Meet The Team
General Manager
Jana
Jana has been with Bay Paws - Clearwater since day one, going on four years. Pets have been her passion since she was a little kid and it has only been growing over the years. She has volunteered with pets since she was a teenager in Latvia, England and Florida. She has also worked with dogs and small pets. Herding dogs and bunnies are her absolute favorites.
Jana's favorite memory at Bay Paws is when they were boarding a snail - all pets need care and love, and we are here to provide it.
Groomer
Jaime
Jaime is the Groomer for Bay Paws Pet Resort in Clearwater. She has grown up in the business of grooming, starting as far back as when she was 15 years old. She would visit Debi’s Puppy Love in Bay Pines Plaza and learn grooming from Debi. She was her mentor in life as she knew it still today doing what she loved: Grooming dogs and cats too! Jaime has been at Bay Paws since June 2023 and has loved every minute of her time here! For the past 30 years, she has been grooming dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes. Schnauzer clips are my favorite and she always puts her heart into every grooming service she performs. She will continue to groom as long as she can and look forward to meeting you and your furry friends!
